Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Claims must be accompanied by a Quality Inspection Report from the buyer's side.
Products manufactured to custom specifications or drawings provided by the client are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
In case of valid returns, a replacement will be prioritized. If a refund is approved, it will be processed via bank transfer to the registered corporate account within 15 working days.
